Delivery option and fees

Our delivery days operate between Monday - Friday. 

FREE WORLDWIDE delivery for orders OVER £25

UK delivery will likely take between 5-10 days.

Worldwide delivery will likely take between 12-15 days. 

 

Deliveries

We deliver five days a week. Deliveries typically arrive in line with our delivery estimates above however, may be increased during busy periods. This will be communicated when you place your order at checkout.

We’ll text and email you the day before your delivery to give you a more precise time slot.

For deliveries outside London, you’ll receive an email with a link to your order status page once your order is out for delivery. Once you have placed your order, we will let you know about any changes to the delivery time if any occur.

If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, our drivers will usually leave your order in your designated safe place (we’ll ask you for this at check out). If that’s not possible, delivery will be attempted up to two more times.

We deliver across the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly. Due to new Brexit regulations we are not currently delivering to Northern Ireland, but we hope to be back soon.

 

Concierge and Safe Space Policy

Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.

Little Crochet cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

 

Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking

If drivers are required to deliver your Little Crochet order via a loading bay, please respond to the 4 hour ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.
